Michael has been a practicing CPA since 2000. His field of expertise is auditing and corporate tax. Michael also proudly holds a certificate as an employment benefit specialist. Michael graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999. Since then he has been practicing as a public accountant in the Philadelphia area.
From 2003 to 2008 Michael served as the president of the Georgia Tech Alumni club. From 2004 to 2009 he was an advisor of the Bnai Brith Youth Organization. As an advisor Michael was responsible for shaping the minds of young jewish boys. He is currently serving on the board of directors of the Green Tree Summit Condo Association as the board's treasurer. This is the second condo association he has served on the board. He has served the state society PICPA by being a member of the Local Tax committee from 2014-2019.
In addition to working full time at Meltzer & Meltzer CPAs, Dafna is an adjunct instructor at Montgomery County Community College. As a volunteer for the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs she has manned phones for PBS's telethon, answered tax questions at NBC, CBS and Fox local news programs. She is an avid reader, and is fluent in Spanish and Hebrew

Joel Rosenberg has been preparing tax returns for 40yrs. His expertise is individual tax and small business consulting. As a graduate of Temple University Joel sticks to his roots and enjoys all things Philadelphia, especially the Eagles, Phillies and Temple Basketball.
Joel is a family man with two beautiful daughters and currently 3 grandchildren. His wife Tracy is a lifelong partner that has supported him in every venture. Joel dedicates his time to caring for his family and playing with his grandchildren.
Joel Epstein graduated from Philadelphia University in 1971 with a BS in Accounting. Joel worked in the private sector for two years when he decided that his goal was to become a certified public accountant. He joined a local accounting firm which later became part of J.K. Lasser & Co. Realizing that the large firm culture was not what he wanted, Joel returned to a small accounting firm which merged with Gerald Barr P.C. in 1984. Now with over 40yrs of experience he is an expert in the field and partner to the practice. Joel enjoys the close personal relationships developed with his clients over the years and is proud to say that many of these relationships have become personal friendships.
Joel became a CPA in November 1980. He is an active member of the PICPA and PSTAP
Robert graduated from Arcadia University in 2016. He is currently studying to become a CPA. When he's not working or studying Robert plays the Saxaphone with the Aqua String Band.
If you watch closesly you may see him in any one of the Mummers Parade of the past 10 years.
Michelle is part of the family. Michelle has been with Meltzer & Meltzer CPAs since 2016. She is focused on individual tax and monthly bookkeeping. Her career in early child education has helped her transition to accounting in dealing with organization and deadlines. Now she takes the most precious paperwork from our clients and cares for them until they are returned at the end of the day in the form of usuable documents and tax returns.
Michelle is a dedicated mother. She is passionate about halloween and making her community as pleasant as possible.
Kajal is the newest member to the company. She hails from the India where she got her degree in accounting. She is an expert on individual taxes in the US and foreign income tax regulations. She has two sons who are the love of her life. They keep her on her toes as one is vibrant and the other is studious. She enjoys cooking authentic Indian cuisine and spending time with her family.
